High School Transcripts

Transcripts can be requested from the high school directly or by emailing chooseips@myips.org. If your school is no longer in operation, please email your request to us. In your message, please include the following:

  • Name
  • Birth date
  • Year graduated or last attended
  • Name of school

If requesting a transcript from a day adult program, please indicate this in the message as well.

There is a $3 processing fee for each transcript; cash (exact change) or money order are the accepted payments. If requesting the transcript be sent to someone on your behalf, payment must be received in person or by mail.

GED Transcripts

Over the years IPS has supported various programs to assist community members in pursuit of their GED. GED transcripts are maintained by the state of Indiana and are not stored at any IPS school or facility. To attain a copy of your transcript, please visit diplomasender.com.

Work Permits

For information on obtaining a work permit, please visit the Child Labor FAQ page on the Indiana Department of Labor website.
