Late Enrollment Basics
Late enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year will opens on Monday, June 3rd at 10:00am. We will open doors to families, launch the online Late Enrollment Portal, and post the first open seat report of the summer at this time. This service is available for families who want or need a new school for the next school year. Late enrollment will run through August 9th. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm.
Viewing and Claiming Choice Seats
We are very excited to announce the launch of our Late Enrollment Portal, which will allow families to view and claim choice seats, in real time. If you are interested in claiming a seat in the portal, we suggest creating your account and adding your student as soon as possible. If you do not know your student’s STN or school ID number, contact your school or call Enroll Indy at (317) 426-3234.
We will also continue to post a static Open Seat Report on our website each weekday by 8:00am. This will only be updated once per day, and real-time availability can only be viewed in the Late Enrollment Portal. Some schools, or grades within the school, have special eligibility requirements that must be met, and therefore families will not be able to claim these seats through the Portal.
