Shortridge High School is Indiana’s oldest public school. Located on Meridian Street in the Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood of Indianapolis, we are a college preparatory, coeducational for grades 9-12. As a public school within the Indianapolis Public School (IPS) system, Shortridge High School is a choice school offering a strong visual and performing arts program and the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
