Dr. Seuss Day was a Success with our Youth

March 17, 2017

For more than 20 years, the National Education Association has celebrated literacy with Read Across America Day (RAAD).
RAAD is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2—Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Schools, libraries and community centers across America participate with contests, dressing up and, of course, reading!
Check out some of the ways IPS schools observed the holiday.

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” - Dr. Seuss
